This element is commonly available in 5 of the countries, very easily accessible in Denmark only, and easily accessible in 5 other countries. It is considered to be a very effective element in 4 countries and an effective element in 3 other countries.
Employer (WP4):
This service/element was used with quite a lot of variation in terms of frequency of usage. It did not seem to exist in Romania and was used at a very low frequency in Austria and Norway. Slovenia, the UK, Germany and Italy reported the highest usage of this service. This element was also considered to be very helpful in 6 countries especially Slovenia.

In this instance the Employer and Jobseeker elements are based on a helpfulness rating scale between 0 and 4 where
0 = No Effect; 1 = slightly helpful; 2 = moderately helpful; 3 = very helpful; 4 = completely helpful.
Different colours are used to highlight the most important factors. In relation to job person matching countries in which this element is considered to be moderately to very helpful are given a “light green” colour and those considered very to extremely helpful are given a dark green colour. In this instance ratings between 2.8 and 3.39 inclusive are given a light green colour. Ratings between 3.4 and 4 are given a dark green colour. In the case of a job matching service different “cut off points” are used. Elements with a rating between 2 and 2.99 inclusive are given a light green colour and are considered to be moderately to very helpful. Elements with a rating between 3 and 4 inclusive are given a “dark green” colour indicating that they are considered to be very to extremely helpful in encouraging people with disabilities to look for paid employment.
Job Matching
Evidence suggests that the availability of job-matching services can have beneficial effects on the decision of people with disabilities to look for paid employment. Job matching services help link the individual with appropriate prospective employers. By doing so they raise the probability that a candidate will obtain a suitable offer of employment. Not only can job-matching services benefit the jobseeker but they can also provide critical information for the employer also. According to research published they help employers identify individuals with suitable skills and help employers to accurately estimate accommodation costs and potential employee productivity.
